If you are reporting a calculation issue, please include the inputs you used, the result you saw and the result you expected. Screenshots help enormously and take seconds to attach.

• The numbers you entered.
• What you expected instead, and why.

What we cannot help with

We are not able to give personalised tax, legal or investment advice, to review your specific return or loan documents, or to predict markets. Please consult a licensed professional for those questions.

We aim to reply within three business days. Bug reports that affect published numbers are prioritised and usually shipped within a week.
